  1. You submit your resume, and receive an automated response letting you know we've received it.
  2. Our HR Department works with the Hiring Manager to review resumes and select eligible candidates. Please allow us up to 7 days to review your resume.
  3. If your resume is approved, one of our HR staff members will reach out to you to complete a 15 minute phone interview. The phone interview helps us expand on your work experience, and gives you the opportunity to learn more about the position.
  4. If the position seems like a good fit for both you and us, we will invite you to come to our site for a building tour, applicant screening tests, and potentially a formal interview with the hiring manager.
