Patient Engagement Portal (PEP) is MedCo's proprietary patient payment portal which allows multi-channel communication with patients providing them information to remove any obstacles to complete their financial obligation to providers.  Accessible through SMS texts, QR code, or URL, PEP is a secure payment site.  After verification of the patient's identification, patients can view all open accounts, see all current and historic payments and statements, make a payment or set up a pay plan or engage in a LIVE chat session with a MedCo agent regarding any questions about their account.
